Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders cannot be cancelled. You can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting customer support.

Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchanges for size issues, wrong size received or any manufacturing defects. We have shipped thousands of orders without receiving a single defect complaint, but if anything ever goes wrong, we always support you.
Exchange Window
All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria

The product must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.

The invoice must be available.

The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, an uncut unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened without taking the item out of the frame.
Reverse Shipping Fee
A reverse shipping fee of up to Rs 100 per item may be applied as part of our Fair Usage Policy. Once your exchange request is approved, the pickup will be attempted within 24 to 48 hours. If the attempt fails, the courier will try again based on availability.
Non Returnable and Non Exchangeable Items
All clearance sale products are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns. Our products are crafted with high standards and strong quality checks which is why we confidently stand behind everything we ship. In case of any issue related to size, fit or defects, we offer a smooth exchange process and personally assist you until the problem is resolved. You will always be supported and never left stuck with a product you cannot use.
